  1. Handle full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare positions (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied, Physicians, etc.)
  2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  3. Screen, interview, and assess candidates as per client requirements
  4. Coordinate interviews with US clients and candidates
  5. Manage credentialing, compliance, and documentation processes
  6. Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems
  7. Ensure turnaround time (TAT) and quality hiring metrics
  8. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
