Job Description
  1. Source IT candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
  2. Understand client requirements and job descriptions for US-based positions.
  3. Screen candidates for technical and communication fit.
  4. Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  5. Negotiate rates (W2, C2C, 1099) based on candidate experience and client budget.
  6. Work with hiring managers, vendors, and clients to close open positions on time.
  7. Maintain candidate database and track all recruitment activities in ATS.
  8. Build strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
  9. Keep updated on US market trends, visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen), and compliance.
