Job Description
  1. Perform visual inspection of wax patterns
  2. Inspect gates, runners, sprue connections on wax assemblies
  3. Verify surface finish and texture as per quality standards
  4. Conduct touch-ups / minor repairs on wax patterns (if required)
  5. Segregate OK / Rework / Rejection patterns
  6. Maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and rejection logs
  7. Ensure wax patterns meet moulding requirements for ceramic shell making
  8. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards
  9. Ensure workspace cleanliness (5S)
  10. Coordinate with the Wax Injection, Shell Room, and QC teams
  11. Report defects, recurring issues, and support defect-reduction initiatives
  12. Adhere to health & safety guidelines in the wax-room environment
