  1. Operate VMC machines as per production requirements
  2. Read and understand engineering drawings and job sheets
  3. Set tools, offsets, and fixtures on VMC machine
  4. Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and accuracy
  5. Perform basic machine setup and minor troubleshooting
  6. Measure components using vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
  7. Maintain production records and follow safety standards
