Job Description
  1. Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines as per production requirements.
  2. Load raw materials, set tools, and fixtures according to job setup instructions.
  3. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining programs.
  4. Measure and inspect finished components using instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
  5. Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
  6. Perform tool offset and minor program edits if required.
  7. Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
  8. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in daily operations.
  9. Report production data and any issues to supervisors or engineers.
