Job Description
  1. Develop and optimize CNC/VMC programs using CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM, SolidCAM).
  2. Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.
  3. Operate VMC/CNC machines and monitor performance to ensure accuracy.
  4. Perform regular machine maintenance and calibration.
  5. Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
  6. Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
  7. Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements.
  8. Maintain production records and ensure quality standards.
