  1. Lead a team of web designers and ensure all design outputs meet company quality standards.

  4. Review team designs, provide feedback, and ensure consistency in branding and design guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and correct implementation of designs.
  6. Manage multiple design projects, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  7. Communicate with clients to understand design requirements and present design concepts.
  8. Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  9. Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
  10. Stay updated with modern design trends, UX principles, and industry best practices.
