Job Description
  1. Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, or full-stack web developers.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor web development projects from inception to deployment.

  7. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
  8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

  10. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
  11. Stay updated on new web technologies, frameworks, and tools.
