Job Description
  1. Develop and customize solutions in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho apps.
  2. Build automation workflows, functions, and scripts using Deluge.
  3. Customize modules, layouts, blueprints, dashboards, and user permissions.
  4. Create custom apps on Zoho Creator using forms, reports, workflows, and scripting logic.
  5. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using REST APIs.
  6. Develop CRM automation for lead management, sales pipeline, email workflows, and reporting.
  7. Implement custom functions, scheduled functions, and process automation.
  8. Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and optimize system performance.
  9. Prepare documentation and provide training/support to internal users.
  10. Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and create technical solutions.
