Job Description
  1. Lead and oversee multiple regions within the assigned zone.
  2. Set zonal sales targets and drive revenue through Regional Managers.
  3. Design and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  4. Manage dealer-distributor networks and identify expansion opportunities.
  5. Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter strategies.
  6. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams.
  7. Ensure proper product mix planning and stock movement across the zone.
  8. Train and develop Regional Managers and their teams.
  9. Report zonal performance to top management with actionable insights.
