Job Description
  1. Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines.
  2. Set and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements.
  3. Control film thickness, width and quality.
  4. Monitor production output and reduce material wastage.
  5. Handle machine start-up, shutdown and product changeovers.
  6. Troubleshoot basic machine/process issues.
  7. Inspect finished film for quality defects.
  8. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
  9. Maintain production and shift records.
  10. Follow company safety, quality and production procedures.
  11. Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
