Job Description
  1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  2. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
  3. Conduct gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  4. Develop process flows, wireframes, and workflow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.
  5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  7. Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to support decision-making.
  8. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions before deployment.
  9. Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation practices.
