Job Description
  1. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory adherence
  3. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update policies accordingly
  4. Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities
  5. Investigate and resolve compliance issues or violations
  6. Train employees on compliance requirements, procedures, and ethical practices
  7. Coordinate with legal, risk management, and internal audit teams
  8. Ensure anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other regulatory requirements are met
  9. Maintain records of compliance activities, incidents, and audits
  10. Provide recommendations for process improvements to reduce compliance risks
