  4. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  5. Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  6. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  9. Continuously improve customer service quality through feedback and training.
