Job Description
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls.
  2. Meet potential clients to promote and sell company products or services.
  3. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
  4. Manage and grow assigned territory or sales area effectively.
  5. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales summaries.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing.
  9. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  10. Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
