Job Description
  1. Conduct research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  2. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  3. Present company products/services to prospective clients via phone or virtual meetings.
  4. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  5. Follow up on leads and schedule product demos or meetings.
  6. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing and campaign execution.
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  9. Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
  10. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
