Job Description
  1. Assist Project Manager in planning and executing project activities
  2. Coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors
  3. Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, MOMs)
  4. Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines
  5. Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and follow-ups
  6. Maintain project dashboards and status reports
  7. Ensure timely communication and updates to all stakeholders
  8. Handle resource allocation updates and task assignments
  9. Identify risks or delays and escalate to management
  10. Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements
  11. Support in budgeting and cost tracking (basic level)
  12. Ensure quality standards and deliverables are met
